1. The reaction kettle melt pump sealed with packing has a radial clearance of 0.4~0.5mm between the packing gland and the shaft, and a uniform circumferential clearance. This is the primary condition to ensure that the reaction kettle melt pump will not leak during use
2. The filler size is correct, the cut is parallel, neat, and free from looseness, and the interface is at a 30 ° angle to the axis.
3. When the shaft seal of the reaction kettle melt pump is pressed with packing, the interfaces of each circle of packing must be staggered, generally staggered by 120 °, and the packing should not be pressed too tightly.
4. After the installation of the mechanical seal component of the reaction kettle melt pump, it needs to undergo a 0.2MPa pressure test for 30 minutes to be qualified.
