Application field of multi-channel melt gear pump
Polyvinyl acetate melt extrusion system requires that the conveying device can meet the higher conveying requirements, conveying high viscosity polyester melt at high temperature and high pressure, and its outlet flow is required to be stable and flow uniformity is good. For the general type of gear pump, due to its own defects, can not meet the requirements of polyester melt extrusion system transportation. The multi-channel melt gear pump developed by Zhengzhou melt pump manufacturer is designed on the basis of the general type of gear pump, which can meet the high conveying requirements of polyester melt extrusion system for conveying device.
The multi-channel melt gear pump adopts the driven gear structure to balance the radial force. The driven wheels distribute evenly relative to the driving wheels, so that the hydraulic pressure and meshing force around the driving wheels are balanced respectively, thus effectively reducing the load of the pump shaft and bearings, and improving the life of the multi-channel melt gear pump. Because the clearance between the driving wheels and the pump body is very small, the driving wheels and each driven wheel are similar. A single external meshing gear pump is formed. The total inlet of the pump is connected and the outlets are independent, thus forming four parallel driven gear pumps.
