The pulsation free melt pump adopts a unique volumetric design, which is applicable to the transportation, pressurization and metering of high-temperature and high viscosity polymer melt, so that it can be unaffected by changes in pressure, temperature and viscosity. The pump provides the pressure between the extruder and the die, and can match the parameters of the extruder to provide uniform melt in the case of increased output and strict tolerance requirements. It is generally installed between the outlet of the extruder and the head of the extruder. It is widely used in polymer extrusion molding such as granulation, film, pipe, plate and sheet. It can also be installed in the pipeline for conveying high viscosity pure materials.
After a series of hot processing and surface treatment such as high-temperature quenching, tempering, quenching and tempering, nitriding, carburizing, carbonitriding and polishing, the pulseless melt pump of the extruder has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance, high wear resistance and corrosion resistance. It is made of high-temperature alloy steel with high wear resistance and corrosion resistance. It adopts the overall hardening technology. On the basis of the standard series of melt pumps, it strengthens the design parameters of the pump body, such as high torque Low shear requirements and high corrosion resistance requirements (fluorine-containing products).
The pump body of the pulseless melt pump of the extruder has a high finish. The self-lubricating system, inlet and outlet flow channels and gear structure of the pump body are optimized. It makes the retention time of materials in the pump body shorter, prevents the dead angle of the pump body gear, and is more suitable for the extrusion of products with high finish and transparency requirements such as PC, PMMA, PVC and heat sensitive materials. The hardness of the product can reach 62-68hrc, which can greatly meet the requirements of customers for different working conditions.
