The working principle of thermoplastic extruder screen changer is mainly divided into three steps: conveying of molten plastic, replacement of filter screen and material switching.
1. Molten plastic conveying: Thermoplastic Extruder Screen Changer melts the plastic granules into melt and conveys them into the filter screen by the action of heating and pressure.
2. Filter screen replacement: When it is necessary to replace the filter screen, the hydraulic system will drive the screen changer to perform a fast and accurate action to pull out the old filter screen from the head while inserting the new one into the head.
3. Material switching: while replacing the filter mesh, the screen changer can also realize material switching, i.e., different materials will be transported to the machine head through different pipelines and runners to meet the needs of different production processes.
