Automatic mesh belt type screen changer:

Water-cooled sealing is used, and the action of the mesh is controlled by melt pressure or time. The distance and speed of the filter screen movement can be freely set.

No external power is required, and the pressure-activated drive device automatically controls the screen change.

There is no fluctuation in the material flow and no deformation in the product during the screen changing process.

III. Operating principle of screen changer: taking the mesh belt type automatic screen changer as an example

When the pressure at the feed inlet reaches the set value, the control system automatically starts the heating rod at the outlet end of the filter screen belt to heat it.

After the outlet end reaches the set temperature, the filter screen can automatically move to bring the impurities in the melt out of the screen changer with the filter screen.

At this time, the pressure at the feed inlet of the screen changer drops to the normal operating value, and the control system stops heating the electric heating rod at the outlet end, and the outlet end is sealed by cooling water for solidification.

IV. Precautions for use

The installed filter screen must be appropriate, neither too large nor too small.

When changing the screen, try to do it when the machine is stopped, otherwise it may easily damage the equipment.

Be careful when cleaning the screen changer to avoid damaging the filter screen and other components of the screen changer.

Regularly check the working status of the screen changer to ensure its normal operation.
