The chemical fiber spinning metering pump, a gear-type metering pump, is one of the key components in a spinning machine. Its primary function is to evenly and equally convey the spinning melt into the spinning assembly, where it is cooled and solidified into filaments through the micropores of the spinneret. It is suitable for spinning short fibers, long fibers, polyester, spandex, polypropylene, nylon long and short fibers, POY and FDY long fibers, carbon fibers, polyurethane, etc.

The chemical fiber spinning metering pump consists of parts such as the upper plate, pump plate, base plate, driving gear, driven gear, transmission sleeve, fixing sleeve, and cover plate.
