Low pressure high flow electric heating melt pump metering pump
Low pressure high flow electric heating melt metering pump is mainly used in polymer such as resin, chemical fiber and other industries in the production process of lower viscosity, lower output pressure, high flow rate of material reaction transfer, booster, such as polymer solution, gum liquid, monomer, oligomer, prepolymer and other materials. Generally installed in the melt pipeline, used as a booster pump, can also be installed in the electrically heated extruder system, as a metering pump.
The main features of the electrically heated melt metering pump: 1, can be applied to high temperature ( 350 ° C ) high pressure ( 35 MPa ) high viscosity ( 30, 000 Pa.s ) conditions; 2, excitation flow pulsation is small, can achieve a nearly linear output of flow, easy to control; 3, good self-priming performance, can be applied to the inlet for vacuum conditions ( -0.05 ~ -0.08MPa ); 4, precision structure, high precision, long life.
Melt metering pump main structure materials, pump casing: nitride steel / tool steel / stainless steel / Hastelloy; gear: nitride steel / tool steel; bearing: tool steel / copper alloy / special alloy; installation: a variety of installation methods can be used, the pump input shaft can be arranged horizontally, but also vertically (up and down can be); pump import and export direction can also be installed in any direction. The driving system generally includes: motor, reducer, universal coupling, bracket, etc. The flow control adopts variable frequency speed regulation.
