Polymer solution melt gear pump
Polymer melt transfer pumps are essential for polymer processes and applications and are suitable for conveying low viscosity materials. Their compact design, high efficiency and long life increase plant productivity. It is suitable for a wide range of polymer materials such as cellulose acetate and elastomers. Excellent filling performance and low pulsation conveying is achieved through improved inlet geometry and flow channel design. Nearly linear flow output can be achieved with variable frequency speed control.
A complete set of melt transfer pump includes: motor, reducer, universal coupling, control system and pump body, etc.; the structure of the pump body is: main pump body, front cover plate, rear cover plate, 2 pairs of D-type bushings, the active shaft, the slave shaft, seals and so on.
