Melt gear pump internal structure analysis
The internal structure of the polymer melt pump is quite delicate! It mainly consists of pump body, main gear, driven gear, bearing, shaft seal and other key components.
The pump body is like the big house of the melt gear pump, which contains all the other parts and carries the flow of the melt. The pump body is usually made of high-quality wear-resistant materials to adapt to the high temperature and high pressure working environment.
The master gear and the slave gear are the heart of the melt gear pump, and they transport the melt by meshing with each other. Like two intimate dance partners, they rotate gracefully in the pump body, conveying the melt from the inlet to the outlet. The material and machining precision of these two gears are very important, and they directly affect the performance and service life of the melt gear pump.
The bearings are like the joints of the melt gear pump, supporting the rotation of the gears. They need to withstand a lot of pressure and friction, so they are usually made of high-precision, highly wear-resistant bearing materials.
